Title: Not detecting 2nd ATI GPU
Post by: ChaoticKinesis on March 03, 2012, 10:16:22 AM
I'm running two different models of ATI HD 6950. It is only detecting the main one. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

Install the latest beta version first: http://www.efmer.eu/boinc/download_beta.html (http://www.efmer.eu/boinc/download_beta.html)

So far I have tried the following:

1. Full uninstall of Catalyst drivers and reinstall
2. Delete config in registry and uninstall TThrottle V5.10. Install TThrottle Beta V5.50
3. Create throttle.xml with 2 ATI cards

I checked for detection of second GPU at all stages and nothing. When I configure throttle.xml with two cards, it just creates a duplicate of the first.

Not very promising.

Remove the comments around:

<!--
<DEBUG>1</DEBUG>
-->

<DEBUG>1</DEBUG>

Restart TThrottle and send me the logging (everything in the logging tab). Email address in about.

Maybe that shows something.
