Post by: Corsair on October 14, 2010, 09:49:29 AM
hi all,

supposed that as being experimental the string in "History Tab" "Experimental smart mode Experimental" is not translated, but supposed as told is because is something experimental.

Yep, that's why it's not translated.

"60201 state, deadline warning". In the Tasks tab, just after killing an overdue task.
Few seconds later I see "Aborted, deadline warning".

no, looks like working correctly.

what I've seen about 5 times in x32 version and once in x64 version too is that BT quits without any explanation, message, etc. why?? I really don't know, because nothing seen.

ans still don't know about "control points", what is it really??

Add: History: Smart mode setting (experimental), to minimize network communication and system load.
Any comments on the new History smart mode?
Hard to tell... With mostly just one local client, no suitable long-term network traffic measurement tools and no knowledge of changes  ;)

I've seen an "out of memory" error before it closed... :(

BTW, if you check for a new version and this fails, the German version shows "visit www.efmer.eu/boinc/boinctasks" which gives a 404. The last part should read "boinc_tasks".

I only saw this 'cause connection via proxy is still on the "todo" list...

In the "Re: New Version" thread 8) (probably a overlooked typo, but sounds cool high)

1) What happens? BT closes down unexpectedly, it may shut down when the communication fails for a couple of minutes. But try 0.81.
2) If you can tell met what the question is ??? Control points?
