The web server mode doesn't understand PHP or any other server language.
But you could run all the code in php from a server and do a get from the BoincTasks webserver. The get has to tell it's frame_data.
At the moment its JavaScript. The advantage of JavaScript is that it runs stand alone on the web browser. Runs on practically any system.
Everything works with templates and everything should be adaptable. Look for this file: list_template_webserver.html, you could easily add flash or change styles.
