There is a button "Recalibrate" in the expert tab, you can try......
What happens at calibration.

The CPU is randomly loaded on all cores, to ensure variable load. So it's best to snooze BOINC before calibrating.
It scans the cores for different temperatures for a couple of times.
It checks for differences 0,1,2,3,4,5.
In this case at point 3 a different temp is found a couple of times.

The 2 that show 2 temp sensors are the one's that recalibrated when loading 5.42.  Stopping BOINC and recalibrating causes TT to show 2 temp sensors  for an x6.  Both CPU sensors show the same temp.  So something must have changed pretty drastically between 5.3 and 5.4 in the temp calibration (never had a problem with the temp sensors before 5.4x)?  Sometimes loading TT on the machines showing 2 temp sensors causes a CPU reading something like 42.2763832637485762536475876535364780010178663748598772846509267 to be appended to the end of the GPU temps.  Restarting TT again often fixes it.  Definitely something still going kerplooey in 5.42

OK, I see there is something wrong with the temp windown

Much better in 5.42.  I like the separator between CPU and GPU also.  One odd thing though.  Of my 6 Phenom x6 machines, 4 show:

Can you set up a password on TThrottle and BT.
The reason for this try, if the message package is somehow garbled up, the encryption insures the integrity of the whole package.
This should at least stop any gaps in the temp graph.

All remote machines show the TT temp in BT consistently.  Only the TT temp for the local machine phases in and out now and then.  Restarting TT fixes it for a while.  No matter what machine is running BT this behavior happens between the local TT and BT.  All remote machines always display the TT temp in BT.

Almost looks like a firewall or virus scanner problem. Try excluding the BoincTasks exe from the virus scanner and firewall.
Or switch of the firewall and virus scanner to see if the problems are still there.

I changed both firewall and AV scanner a couple weeks ago, no difference.  It's not that huge a deal because I can always see the local machine temp directly from TT anyway.  Just thought I'd report the odd behavior.  It does happen less frequently than in 1.17 but it still happens.

Another reason could be, that you set up Password for TThrottle.
In the computers tab, do you see the TThrottle version?

Once in a while.  No password and yes to seeing the version when the temp shows.  It's the same problem as reported starting here:

It does seem to be less frequent but the problem never totally went away.  Only on the local machine, no matter which machine is local 

With 5.41 the temp readout still disappears from BT on the local machine only.  The remote machines aren't affected.  This is the same behavior as earlier versions.

As of 5.4x you need BoincTasks V 1.25 or up. BT V 1.25 can still read the "older" TThrottle versions.

Also just installed 5.41 on an x6 with 5 cores doing BOINC and 1 core doing DPAD.  It went through the processor check and now lists 5 temps for the CPU (3 of them are really GPU temps), and after the "separator" 2 correct temps for the 2 GPUs.  Here's that log:

Not sure if this has been reported, starting with 5.40 and still in 5.41.

On AMD quad with 2 GPUs temp window with 5.3 and earlier showed:

41.0C - G: 55.5C - 57.2C

with 5.4x it shows:

41.0C -55.5C -57.2C55.5C | G: 55.5C  -57.2C

with the new versions the 2nd, 3rd & 4th values are repeats of the GPU temps.

That is why humans have  control over machines.

Let's hope so, but hard to confirm.

Would it be possible to have one color for missed CPU tasks and another for missed GPU tasks?

I am only processing one project but in that project there are different applications being run.

But this happens only with suspended tasks?

In my case it happens only with "suspended by user" tasks.  It does NOT happen with suspended projects.  Try suspending a number of tasks from different projects, then double click on one of them and watch what happens.

I increased the height of the selector a bit, was slightly smaller.

Oh oh, that fix took almost 32 minutes
