Questions / Temperature Window Doesn't Appear When TThrottle Starts With Windows

I have it set to show but each time I have to unselect/reselect to make it appear.
Is this a known issue?

This is in Vista Ultimate SP2 x64 by the way & TThrottle 6.31.
