Added: Additional driver regulator diagnostics for debugging.
Fixed: (Serious) When used with more than 1 GPU, other GPU tasks where sometimes regulated to 1%.
Fixed: Logging: Didn't detect Windows 7.

With TTh 6.20, the GPU throttling level line got placed at 100 (if it is not a random value, independent on the TTh version).

Yes, it does and did. (Just this solid line in graph (which got repaired in the mean time)...)
