Title: Message tab freezes
Post by: hucker on July 20, 2026, 06:25:36 PM
But if I close a Boinc client and reopen it, the messages are not wiped from Boinctasks.  The Boinc manager has a clean slate, but Boinctasks does not, which makes it difficult to see the initialisation when troubleshooting GPUs.

You get a clean slate when you close the BOINC client.
Probably what the BOINC Manager does.
You can click on number (sort) to see the last entries...

What I mean is Boinctasks is remembering the last session of the Boinc client and appending the new entries.  It doesn't notice it's a fresh start.

That's up to the BOINC client. It continues to run even when BoincTasks JS closes or restarts.
The BOINC client has to be restarted for the messages to start again.

Yes that's what I mean, if I restart the boinc client, but leave boinctasks running, boinctasks remembers the previous session.

Now I see, the text freezes and never changes again untill you restart BoincTasks Js.
Will fix that....
