Preference - >Show Temperature Window.
If that doesn't fix it, exit TThrottle.
Start regedit.exe
Delete the following registry key: floatingdlg.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\eFMer\TThrottle64\floatingdlg
or
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\eFMer\TThrottle\floatingdlg
Start TThrottle again.
For information: I've had this happen a number of times with various machines when changing to monitors of differing resolutions. Seems the only way to get it back was to uninstall TT and reinstall.

I will build in a check to see if the window is still on a valid screen.
But the registry should do the trick.
Close TThrottle, remove the keys
