What I gather its' a BIOS setting. Some use an automatic BOOST system, probably taking over this part of the CPU.
so should i go into bios and see if i can find anything?
First of all I added some thing especially for this problem in the latest Beta. http://www.efmer.eu/boinc/download_beta.html (http://www.efmer.eu/boinc/download_beta.html)
Check "debug" in the log tab and restart TThrottle.
I like to see the log tab again, maybe this show anything interesting.

So any ideas?
After reading the doc again, no.
But at huge number of AMD CPU's have a defect temp reading.
The CPU is detected correctly only the Temp reg is 0, just if it's not there.
But other software, such as SpeedFan, can detect the temperature of my CPU.
