I've noticed under the History tab some WUs with the Status of Missed.
What does this mean and what can I do about it?

It means a task gone from uploading -> Reported -> Removed. so quickly that BoincTasks was unable to see it.
The process sometimes takes seconds.
This usually fixes it:
Set: BoincTasks setting -> History -> Minimum update time 2 seconds.
