I'd like to know what Tjunction means. Could someone please explain to me, what that feature does and how it works. I coldn't find an explanation in the online manual.

On Intel only: the upper temperature that is used to calculate the real temperature. Adjusting it by 10 C will move the reading up or down 10 C.
But for a couple of years the CPU reports the temp and it is automatically set.
Check the log for: TJunction using: xxx  °C.

To offset the temperatures you can use "Temperature offset" it even lets you adjust cores individually.
