#  Restart the computer and during startup, press F8.

# Select Advanced Boot Options.

# Select Disable Driver Signature Enforcement.

Now install TThrottle.

But this is a one time fix only. You have to find a way around the driver signing.
A number of users have good results with ReadyDriverPlus and Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider. (But as always on your own risk)

This year I got $50 and we need about 250 a year.......

I will look into that, looks your font is wider than what I see.
This should not be possible.....

simsun.ttc(宋体) is the default font, If you install the East Asian language support, you will see that

maybe you can try arial.ttf, Please read this:

Signed drivers 32/64 are now in the regular installer as of V 1.58
