I have try a few version, all have the same problem. If I have 9 'seti@home' '6.03 setiathome_enhanced' jobs and 9 'World Community Grid' '6.03 Human Proteome Folding - Phase 2' jobs, then all 18 jobs are shown as 'seti@home' '6.03 setiathome_enhanced' jobs

Before version 0.28 everything is filtered on the version number only. So 603 Seti is the same as 603 WCG.
That's something that has been solved in the upcoming version 0.28. In this version they will appear separately.
I expect this new version at the end of this week (November 15).
