Tried to run the 1.83 installer on my Windows Vista PC but it refused to go past the first screen and the two "Radio" buttons in bottom right disclaimer screen to click on were missing / see-through.

Have no problem installing on my Windows 8.1 PC.
Are newer versions after 1.80 not compatible with Vista?

Most likely, V1.82 was using a new compiler.
The compiler was getting obsolete....
