I get the message "the setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program. ???
WIN 7 with all updates.

Try the download again.
I just tried a download on a win 7 X64 and installed it ok.
X32 looks ok but I have no machine at the moment to install it.

Mine is working correctly x86 & x64, if you're using e.g. Chrome, you'll need to clear the cache browser
to download it again, and should be work fine, I'd installed on win 7 x64 with no problem.
