Is the word boinc_users any secret password or "s"-word or something else unwanted here at this forum? ??? Note that I've actually broken this word with empty italics section, but as soon as I write the complete word anywhere in the text or in the Subject, neither message Preview nor message Post works - I get an empty browser window. (Tried with both Google Chrome and Mozilla SeaMonkey.)

Indeed, something seem to block it.
boinc_user is ok but the s is a problem. No idea.
Doesn't work with internet explorer either
_users may be a (html) reserved word?
Maybe here in Simple Machines Forum (http://www.simplemachines.org/), but it does not pose any problem in BOINC forums (http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dev/index.php).
