It would have been nice to point to the monitor instead of making everyone look for it. It is in the The C:/Program Files/eFMer/BoincTasks/BoincMonitor.exe.
You may want to make your own short cut to it on your desktop so that you do not have to go exploring for it each time.
The best would be to add its shortcut into Start menu inside EFMER Boinc Tasks (where it actually and logically belongs) if it is installed together with BT.
