You were right there is a computer column that was not on for the projects tab, and I checked it and hit apply and the buttons started working.  Thank you for the help I really appreciate it.  This will make switching tasks and projects a lot easier again.

I don't know how it got turned off though but it is on now and everything is working.

For some reason right click does not do anything on the projects tab.  I am not able to copy anything to the clipboard.  The computers tab is still beside the projects tab.

here is the log the you asked for with my password removed from the localhost spot.  I also tried that tool and added my user name but still did not have any effect on being able to start and stop projects from the projects tab.  Thanks again for your help.

Questions / Re: Commands in Projects Tab stopped working
September 29, 2013, 07:59:19 PM
Thank you for the reply Fred, I tried putting the password in like you suggested and it did not fix the problem with being able to use the buttons in the projects view.  It has been like this for a while and it could have been caused when I updated my boinc client version, but it has been so long now I can't remeber completely.

I like boinctasks so much better than boinc manager and the features it has and would like to get this working again as well, and any suggestions you have I would like to hear.  Thanks again for the help.

Hey nanoprobe, I know it has been a while but did the total uninstall work to fix this problem for you?
