Excellent! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction... Looks like the sendemail program does not like to send to ports other than 80! All is well now.  ;D

Hi - I have configured my TThrottle 'email' configuration to the settings of my email. Unfortunately, it keeps failing to connect to the server.  In trying to resolve this without bothering anyone, I followed the instructions on another thread to enable 'logging' of email:
QuoteIf you still have problems, send me the log that you can find here:
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\eFMer\TThrottle\maillog.txt
Vista: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\eFMer\TThrottle\maillog.txt

If you still run into problems you can enable email logging:

In the folder C:\Program Files\eFMer\TThrottle you find tthrottle.xml, if it isn't there copy it from \examples

Somewhere you will find

<logging>
<file>0</file>
<email>1</email>
</logging>

<email> may not be there, it that case add <email>1</email> as shown above.
otherwise change 0 into 1.

1 sets logging of the email process.

Unfortunately, though I was able to effect the required entry on this file, no logging occurs in the indicated folder when/after running the email apps.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Thank you Fred! Quick and painless...  :D  ... and a little humility for not having discovered this on my own...  :-[

Questions / BT and Team Rank
January 16, 2013, 05:40:05 AM
Hello - I am a relatively new cruncher, and am a very new user of BT and TT (though I am a salty-dog in working with computers and networks...). Before I go on, I must compliment you on your programs, they run well, definitely a great replacement for the BOINC Manager. Your programs also have great support/documentation as provided in the forums; complete concise responses, which is refreshing in these times; I have been able to get everything connected and working as I like by simply using the tools and reading through the forums...

What I did write you about today is regarding the BT v1.40 - 'Projects' Tab - 'Team rank' column. All of my projects show as '?/?'.  The 'Team' and 'Account' columns do reflect the current and accurate data, in-fact all of the other columns are appropriately populated and reflect current information. (See attached snapshot).

Thank you again for an excellent product, and thank you for your time in this matter. I look forward to hearing from either of you (Fred or Corsair) on this matter.

Phil
