Linux and Mac / Boinctasks on Linux
June 25, 2011, 02:32:00 PM
Using Ubuntu 11.4 with Nvidia 580 gpu's. 'Find computers' only logged the local computer. Added the rest (Linux and Windows) manually. The temperature graphic did not display until I upgraded Tthrottle to 4.20. No other problems found   :-*
Just a pity that Tthrottle doesn't work on Linux  :'(

Wish List / History View:Extra column
May 09, 2010, 07:58:09 PM
To show "GPU No"... ie. 1NV(d3) as in the "Use" column in the task view. On multi-gpu systems, when a task errors, it's difficult to know which card computed the failed work unit. A pattern of failure could then be seen.
Thanks Fred.

Wish List / Condensed tasks
January 02, 2010, 01:36:06 PM
Thought I'd just do a search to see if anyone had a Boincview replacement in the pipeline and up pops this gem. Great work Fred. I'm using it to look after 8 cpu's and 19 gpu's with no problems. There is one issue I have however, in that the tasks are condensed in the format ie: 4 <tasks>. This does keep it looking tidy, but if, as often happens to certain projects, one has to abort a known corrupt work unit before it runs, it's not possible to identify it. This is stopping me from mothballing Boincview entirely  :(
Keep up the excellent work  :)
