I am running BoincTasks V1.78 and it connects to 5 Windows 10 PCs and 2 Linux NAS devices with no problem. The Windows 10 PCs are running BOINC version 7.14.2 (32 bit). I updated BOINC on one of the Windows 10 PCs to version 7.16.5 (64 bit) and BoincTasks can no longer connect. I tried disabling the firewall on the updated PC and also on the one running BoincTasks. No go. GUI RPC allowed from any host is enabled. Password file is correct. Rebooted both PCs. Still no go.

Anyone else see this? Any ideas?

I have BoincTasks running on a Windows 10 PC. It can attach to the Boinc tasks on 2 QNAP NAS devices (Linux) and 2 Surface Pro devices (Win 10) with no issues. I am running Vipre on the 2 Win 10 devices. I recently added 3 additional Win 10 devices. On these I am using the Windows included firewall. I cannot attach to these new devices with BoincTasks unless I disable the firewall. I have tried setting rules and cannot get it to work. Does anyone know how to configure the WIndows Firewall to allow BoincTasks attach to these devices? All devices are on the same subnet.
