Hi,

My problem is that when following conditions are true the Oracle VM Virtual Box user interface is very sluggish. Even moving UI windo (not any running VM console) takes forever to do:

* There is BOINC running
* BOINC has task(s) running using Orcale VM Virtual Box virtualization
* TThrottle is running and limiting CPU usage

I wonder what mechanism TThrottle is using to slow down processes. Does TThrottle slow down whole Virtual Box main thread?
