Can you re-organize the code in such a way that it will populate the grid upon successful connection of 1 computer rather than waiting for all computers to respond then populate? Its like firefox way of displaying images.

I got computers that i'm connecting thru internet and if there are problems/issues/bottleneck on the other side, BoincTask will be in the Updating or Switching, busy state. Making it useless until I tick off the offender PC, kill boincktask, and re-start.

Or another way to say this, If 1 pc could not get the data back (but can send), don't wait for it, proceed to the next.

BOINC Prefs doesn't always  go to the right machine.

Eg. Either on Projects or Tasks tab (all computers view), highlight a row then go to boinc prefs, it should show you the prefs of the selected computer (in that row )but its not.

My workaround is to go directly to that computer instead of all computers view.

Is this by design or not?

Edit:
Under History tab, "copy selected" doesn't copy what you have really selected.

I may have found the issue. Its the number of history logs.

I enabled history with fresh history logs and its working. Placing back the old logs whc has about 7000 entries for each machine (total of 7), it crash with the same eventid (1000). The logs has about 3.x weeks of data.

Is there a limit on history?

Same error after deleting the csv. I have to delete the csv, edit the computer.xml (connect only to localhost), run the app then turn off the history to make it work. Then I can connect to the rest of the computers without having the error 1000.

W7 x64, BOINC v6.10.32

It happen when uploads (to SAH) are stuck.

I have History turned on and when I deleted those csv's the app runs fine but logged in history are the pending uploads. In normal times uploads or ready to report are not listed on history.

Hope this helps.
