Hi Fred,

TT v 1.68 & BT 0.0.19 installed, I've seen that is pretty stable and improvements are coming very well.

some suggestions:
- is it possible to sort always all WU by the deadline and after like is now by the % of work done??
- is it possible to include in the task window one column with the fraction of CPU/GPU used for every WU running??
 I say this because if some % CPU/GPU is below some level (user definable) that it changes to another color, on that way you could know that there is something wrong with the process (for the color could be "running at low CPU/GPU speed" or something similar, this use to happens when one application hung or is started / restarted).
- could be included in the CUDA processing the CAL processing too and shown in the same way??
- in the combined computer wiew, could be included one lateral windows with the computer, on that way if you want to see one in particular, just click on it and you'll show the work for this computer, or click more than one or all together, something like a tree with: all computer, comp1, comp2,...., compn.
- sorting in the other tabs like projects (by credits or projetc, etc.)
- another tab with more information about computers, Boinc version, CPU, GPU, OS, next benchmarks and cpu/gpu capabilities in the benchmark, IP, etc.
- another tab with recorded finished tabs, with WU name, application & version, time used, and record this to a file (.csv, .txt, etc.) saved in a user definable folder (option in BoincView).

installed version BT 0.18, looks like that is working fine, one fix seen (cosmetic),
after uploading the result and 100% ready to report, the WU locates itself in first
position bettwen the ready to start and the commenced WU. (no image available
at this time)

another thing from previous versions, when a client run out of work the last WU
remains vissible in BT, but of coure not in BOINC manager.

would be possible?? as now BOINC 6.10 (win x86 & x64) looks like that supports it (as beta) ??

why not to include in next version in projetc window column for total host credits and average host credit??

sorting ascending or descending not properly shown lower values in the middle of bigger values.

is it possible sorting in project windows by credits or average credits??

could it be possible in the task window in the column application show the application name and version together.

I think it was 1000 and should be downloading, will check if possible.

installed new version 0.009

still the sorted column descending and ascending in the % of work done are not sorted properly, still mid values smaller than lowe values, same than the attached picture I sent (I think yesterday or the day before).

When exited from program the icon remains in the task bar and if double click on it you get this message:

An invalid argument has been encountered, but right click on icon "exit" and icon dissapear.

still sorting columns (e.g. by ascending or descending %) not completelly working, some smaller numbers in the middle of bigger.

I supposse that being beta is that "Update" (the program itself option) is not working.

in previous version I saw that when a computer run out of work the last workunit done remains in its computer screen as "Ready to report", if program restarted the task windows is empty windows (as it should).

in projects window computer with shares of 100 and 25% show different length of coloured bar, should be the same??

any windows for logging finished results??

TThrottle version 1.66.2 Beta (x64 in Athlon x2).

mini window reading:
43.2 - 43.3 - G:52.0

now I open HWMonitor and shows me these readings
Core0: 43 (correct)
Core1: 38 (could be correct)
GPU: 52 (agreed)

Inmediatelly I open HWMonitor the readings in mini windows exchange to:
38,2 - 38,2 - GPU:52

I close HWMonitor and the mini windows remains in the lower value of CPU

Still not able to me it work, and now it looks like that from the web that there is access to the SETI database.

in my x64 desktop:
installed, setup with the "short" user, nothing.
with the "long" user, nothing.
nothing: no retrieve computer from the web neither getting access to the database.

in my x86 laptop:
- in this version and the former beta the last computer doesn't saves properly the password (it's exchanges on every run, Why? I don't know).
- when pressed button "add computer from internet" it crashes with runtime C++ error, no number nothing else.
- only added computer manually, with the problem of the password exchange in the last one.
- when pressed load from internet, blank screen opened for every computer setup but no data at all.

in version 1.66.2 in x64 I get two readings but both nearly the same and with the smaller value shown in HW monitor:

CPUID Hardware Monitor 1.1.4.0, AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ hardware monitor
Temperature sensor 0   44°C (111°F) [0x5D] (Core #0)
Temperature sensor 1   37°C (98°F) [0x56] (Core #1)
this is something that I could not say why?, but sometimes TThrottle gives me the upper value and sometimes the lower value, but both readings very close nearly the same, no such difference as HWmonitir use to gives me.


in ver 1.66.2 x86 now I get the correct processor identification and correct reading (or agreed with HWmonitor)
CPUID Hardware Monitor 1.1.4.0, AMD Turion 64 ML-34 hardware monitor
Temperature sensor 0   68°C (154°F) [0x75] (Core #0)
in TThrottle same temperature reading.

Hi Fred,

in x64 version in a AMD x2 I'm getting temperatures reading of about 12 degress less than shown in the HWMonitor (x64).

in the laptop version x32 (Turion one Core) I'm getting readings of 27 deg Celsius while with HWMonitor (x32) is 69 deg Celsius. and I getting two readings instead one, because this processor is only one core. (and no thermal sensor for GPU)

no AMD offset are set in the TThrottle.xml.

Hi Fred,

I've donwloaded and installed BOINC-TG, and read the setup instructions, some FAQ before starting:

- SETI User ID: which one the short one, the CPID, I insert it the short one and could not get any info, I mean I insert the ID and Computer -- Add from Internet, but don't get any computer.
- I could attach manually hosts, I've this computer in the remote_hosts.cfg of every host.
- I've setup the host with the gui_rpc_auth.cfg password of every computer, and the work is seen, but if I Load from internet I got an empty windows with its colummns but no data.

I know that it's a beta program, and much to be polished has to be done, but Why I didin't get any info when attaching with the Seti ID, or really what is the ID that I have to insert.

there has to be done anything with the Windows Firewall??

I'm using Boincview 1.4.2 but is not in development anymore, so could be fine is
this program could be a repository of it and keep track of all projects and in x64 ( )

I've seen that sometimes when right click in the TThrottle task bar icon, two menu are shown at the same time, the "Task bar properties menu" and the "TThorttle menu", version x86 and x64, I'll email picture of this.

Yep all GPU's that give a temperature reading display this tab.

Yeah, that what I though when I saw that there is no CUDA in the Laptop (X86 & no thermal sensor in GPU) and the other PC with x64 and thermal sensor in GPU.


Maybe there will be a BOINC AMD projects or outside BOINC. It is not CUDA but maybe we have to rename this tab in the future. 

I think there should be no problem, just stating a text or semthing like "Warning: not working on AMD/ATI GPUs" or similar.
