History: If you change the computer name, it will create a new file (by design as stated in the FAQ), thus losing your history. Can it be made that the history stayed intact after rename?

Another issue which has been on and off with other versions is Projects tab item selection. Shift+click doesn't work. To select consecutive items, I have to use ctrl+click.

Should work, select the first item, press shift and select the last.

Yup it works but only a few hours from the time you start the application which is odd.

Switching from "all computers" to specific computer is fast now; You would only notice the improvement if you have clients connected through Internet(WAN). Tested it on peak hours and off-peak. Good Job!

In notification icon tooltip, what is the max length? I have a computer named with 11 chars and it shows the number of task running but with 13 chars it doesn't show but instead truncate it to 12 (and doesn't show "running: NN")
eg.
normal view:
computer12345, Running: 12
to:
computer1234

This is just some fancy item, nothing major. I think it would be best if you drop the whole line off cause the info given is not useful anyways. Or something new like this:
Total Running: NN
Non-Running: pc1=2, pc2=1, pc3=5

Non-running is the number of cores/threads that go idle for each computer.

The toolbar is limited to 128 chars so there is room.
I will change things to:
Toolbar Icon: Only show computer name, when one computer is active. Like testcomputer next line Running: 8
Check why the computer name is limited to 12 characters.
If the number of computers is > 1 show the number of computers only. Like Computers 3 next line Running: 16.

this could be a good beginning as just started the BOINC program the first line of text is the version
of the program:
program version and architecture (x86 or x64)

I had this discussing with David (BOINC project director) and we couldn't come up with a way, to check for 32 or 64 that always work right.
Reading the messages only works when there are less then 2000 lines. But lots of computers run 24/7 and with GPU's, you easily go beyond the 2000 limit, I do so in a day.
And after that point the line with the 32/64 info is gone.

The problem is with the application reporting back the wall clock time or something close to that to circumvent a BOINC problem. The time the GPU is running is of course always close to 100%.
What it should report back is the actual CPU time the feeder is using.

could be useful to check if some computer if TT is out dated in the computers windows, same as is the BOINC version, could be the TThottle version too.

on that way with a quick view you could see if something should be updated.

another thing could be to see the O.S. installed in those computers and the BOINC architecture installed to (x86, x64, etc.)

It isn't possible to check if BOINC is running the 32 or 64 bit version.

In .50 I changed things so the tabs should fit ... always, so there should be no need to adjust it manually.

Next to ROBOT and ROBOTii is a color indicator. Is that showing the same color as well?

The indicator shows the correct colors, but both lines go to the color of Computer2 when both are selected.

Set-up this version in my two controlling computers (x86 & x64) and both of them working correctly.

looks like that in computer windows the sorting doesn't work, I mean, I click on IP column and shows
sorting characteristic "^" but no change is shown in the screen.

The computer window is missing a lot of things. Like sorting and colors... still a work in progress.

I can confirm that almost all problems reported with the ROBOT ROBOTii issue are fixed with .50. Thanks, Fred!

However there is still a problem with the Boinc Tasks Grahic.

ROBOT is red
ROBOTii is green

select ROBOT and line is shown red
select ROBOTii and line is shown green

select ROBOT and ROBOTii and both lines are shown green.  (i.e. ROBOT changes from red to green line)

Even though the color for Computer1 changes to the color of Computer2, the data is correct.

EDIT:
I have also noted that selecting ROBOTii results in two lines being shown in the graph both red and showing the correct results for ROBOT and ROBOTii

(Changed) Selection bar (Computer/Projects), the selections are now scaled depending on the total width of the bar.
(Fixed) Computer sidebar: The text all computers is missing.
(Fixed) Menu: BOINC website text is not translatable.
(Fixed) The program did crash occasionally at startup (Graphic color dialog).
