After some system crashes the general throttle looks promising.
Made some rules:
if cpu temperature > 70 shutdown [Does emergency shutdown of the system, as fast as possible]
if cpu temperature > 64 throttle [Enables a full capture of running programs. They will all be throttled above this setting]
if cpu temperature > 68 email [Send an email]
if cpu temperature < 50 email [Send an email when the temperature goes low meaning no BOINC activity]
if gpu temperature < 60 email [Same but for GPU]
