I've noticed that my "BT Data Transfer graph" displays the same fixed amount for each day's upload (1.8 MB) or download (2.6 MB) in the tooltips, although the graphs wildly vary up to 240 MB. Timeline spans one year.

Again having this issue in the message tab of the "server" messages:

in the host computers when is pointed the message tab could appears in the middle but in a few seconds it refresh and all messages are available and readible.

but in the server ones aren't refreshed that string is displayed instead the number and blank message.

if I change to another computer and coming back to the server one the messages are correctly displayed.

very strange thing in the History tab:

next is reported in date and time as was finished and reported:
Quoteclimateprediction.net   6.07 UK Met Office Coupled Model Full Resolution Ocean   hadcm3n_ye6r_1980_40_007958746_3   20d,10:37:20 (19d,16:39:22)   21-08-2012 04:38   21-08-2012 05:26      96,3   Reportado: Correcto   U-3030

next is reported to be finished on 19/08 when was finished in a time near the reporting time of 20/08 as stated correctly in report time:
Quoteclimateprediction.net   6.09 UK Met Office HADAM3P Pacific North West   hadam3p_pnw_338v_1979_1_007184359_2   04d,18:24:12 (04d,14:20:07)   19-08-2012 14:20   20-08-2012 22:01      96,4   Reportado: Correcto   U-3030

next is reported to be finished on 19/08 when was finished in a time near the reporting time of 21/08 as stated correctly in report time:
Quoteclimateprediction.net   6.09 UK Met Office HADAM3P Pacific North West   hadam3p_pnw_34vw_1985_1_008143935_0   04d,18:31:42 (04d,14:15:16)   19-08-2012 13:43   21-08-2012 07:27      96,3   Reportado: Correcto   U-3030

why this gap in the finishing time??

I've checked the host time and it's correct and same that server time.

following my former message I've checked in BOINC logging messages and the finishing time is correctly stated in their proper time the one on 20/08 on such time and the one of 21/08 also too.

No, the logging in BOINC is correct.

the finishing time in the history tab of BT is not correct but the reporting time is correct.

:o There seems to be a bug there, that could cause an incorrect (earlier) finishing time, than the actual time.

Because I got no connection with my iPad, I tried to go reïnstall to version 1.38 over 1.39.
I did not succeed, but now the mobile version works again.

Tables are now at the bottom of each page.

Tables on [Projects] and [Tasks] are flipping on and off with refresh speed.: 0,5 second on - 1,5 second off
[Messages] and [History]: 3 seconds on and 30 seconds off.

Did you try this with Chrome on your local machine?

XP_Freak

Yes, I did, and on my PC everything works normal.

The problems are on my iPad.

iPad version?
BoincTasks version?
You can never go back from 1.39->1.38. You need to remove the installation first. Or delete the BoincTasks folder and install the old version.
