Filter on Combine not working

For 1 of my computers the combine doesn't seem to work??

Extra->Filter waiting to run should be checked.

I have all of them enabled, today they have collapsed up like normal?? So it's no reproducible on depending on what task are in the queue

Double clicking on a filtered item will disable the filter until you double click again.  In this case the filter still shows as active.
