I just send you the files.

The file: TThrottle.rc holds all the text.
Translating it is more tricky.

Because there is a lot of text that you may not translate, as these are commands like button etc.

The best program to edit it may be Microsoft Visual Studio Express a free version.

But this is a rather technical program.

I downloaded 5.44 and it looks OK to me. I found a little cosmetic error that I will correct in due time.

Most of it looks OK, nice work.

Some things you missed:

Everything in: TThrottle_SVE_rc -> STRINGTABLE (there are a couple of them)

So all strings are not translated.


The TThrottle icon:

Move over text isn't translated.
