TThrottle won't start automatically at login

Try this:
In TThrottle go to Preference and remove the check at "Run TThrottle as login"
TThrottle can't make any changes unless it runs as administrator, so it will restart as user administrator.
Now you have to select Yes to allow it to start as administrator or enter an administrator name and password.

Next set the check ar "Run TThrottle as login"

Now TThrottle  should start as soon as you log in.
