A couple of observations :-

The file as downloaded would not install due to non-trusted certificates.

As I could not install I was unable to register for the forum to ask for assistance. I managed to install having received advice from "Contact" in the Boinc forum.

So far the program looks good but, if I may, a couple of pernickety points :-

Within tasks, when accessing a tasks info / properties, Elapsed, CPU, Progress and Time Left are shown as undefined despite this information being available on the main screen.  Deadline is also shown as Undefined but the info is then given.

Where multiple tasks with status "ready to report" are grouped the elapsed time is not accumulated, the elapsed time shown is that of the first task in the group.

https://efmer.com/boinctasks-js/boinctasks-js-download/shows 1.11 with instructions to install, because BOINC itself isn't in the store they refuse to accept BoincTask Js, so sideloading is the only option.
With so many huge changes in version Properties stopped working and elapsed time ready to report, added to the list
If you find anything else let me know.

Even with sideloading enabled (which BTW, is now labelled "Install Apps from any source including loose files") it still errors out and refuses to load.

A rename to .RAR and a manual extract to a new directory in C:\Program Files does, however, work.

Yep it should be able to run anywhere, next time I will make an installer build.

I have extracted the program as per the procedure mentioned by Bryn Mawr, and it starts up fine.

One problem I have noticed is, when I right-click on one of the column headers (Computer, Project, etc) I get an error window with the message: Handler for .contextmenu() called.
I can press OK or hit the top-right X mark, but the message keeps popping up.
The only way to terminate the program is through the Task-manager
OK a test leftover, press OK twice an it's gone.
What you are looking for is in View -> Change Column ....
To terminate the program Files->Exit.
