Can't change refresh rate of tasks view

Have you removed the option to change the refresh rate in the tasks view?  I've looked everywhere!

I'm using 1.96

Extra -> BoincTasks settings -> View -> Refresh rate -> Normal or manual
What I'm up to the other half of the time "borregowildflowers.org"
