Notices options

I call this a low priority feature request rather than a bug:

On Settings>Notices if Hide notice after & Show alert every are deselected, the data entry textboxes disappear.  When the options are selected again, the numbers have returned to default values (60 days & 30 minutes).  Request instead that the textboxes remain visible/grayed out, and retain the values entered.  (Two more keys for the Registry? )

When you remove the check the value is set to 0 and the old value is gone. When you check it again the default value is used.
