seti WU locks at 100/100(cpu/gpu); BTask high CPU usage; BTask unsynchronized

Hi everyone,

// 1. Does any one note that SETI WU stopped downloading at 100 WUs? (I've set to 10 days buffer). I think it's SETI's scheduler...
2. My BTasks use approx. 1 core (~25%) of CPU sometimes, but not always. Especially when left the program running for a while.
3. Might have something to do with 1., BTasks -> projects -> is not synchronized with clients, say the remote has zero WUs, BTasks still shows 100/100 or 75/99. I tried resetting the project or reinstalling BOINC, still the same.
4. -> Transfer -> retry all doesn't do what it should do, a bit random actually.

Specs: all computers for crunching only.
Localhost: Freshly just installed OS Win 2008 R2 x64, others incl Win 7, Win 2008. (While trying to reinstall BoincTasks, every time I launch it, it shows "encountered an improper argument")
BoincTasks 1.40 managing 15 computers (1 localhost, 14 remote)
Boinc ver. 6.10.6 (previously 6.12.34, downgraded to 6.10.6 to see if anything changes, same problem)
Projects: GPUGRID, SETI@, Einstein@, WUProp@, with SETI@ running Lunatics v0.4

No configurations have been changed since last time I was home, it just so happened.

Seti has a limit of 100 CPU / 100 GPU for months now.
There is nothing you can do about it, whatever your days buffer, you still get no more than 100.
