Status not correctly setup

I've seen that there are one type of WU that are not properly defined the status,
this are the ones that gives "download error" state as "Downloading" and 100%
of work done in BT and remain with download colour "for ever".

I've checked this with BoinView and Boinc Manager and the correct one is "Download
error" and could be adhered to the colour of error WU.

It is in the list under high. The description was a bit incomplete. This is hard to test.
I've never ever had one.
