Changed: Latest GPU Libraries.
Fixed: Registered 0 (unused) Hot-key.
Fixed: Sometimes the driver wasn't ready yet and didn't connect, resulting in no temperature readings. Retry 2 times after 10 and 20 seconds.
Add: Rule: Hibernate. <- new translation
Add: Crash dump. Installs dbghelp.dll in the TThrottle folder.
