Win 10 x64 Insider ver 14496

Hi Fred,

this last windows version (14496) and previous (14492) one are making me crazy with one of my computer that I'm participating in the insider program.

• I cannot access to one of my wireless HD from this computer.
• I have setup Office 365 x64 in this computer and also not being able to see one computer in BOINCtask
• also there are a lot of micro cuts in the network connection for one of them it's connected to the network via PLC (Devolo 1200+)

till 2 hours ago I was able to see it but now no way. (I´ve reset, etc.) the computer is the tablet (S-131) and the computer that lost the connection quite often but come back again to BT is U-3031.

I've exchanged the MAC by the IP and now the S-131 is coming again to BT.

what the hell is the interference in this version of W10??   

I've set-up as MAC in BT because sometimes the ISP upgrade the router firmware without notice and all setting/rules that I have to assign this MAC to that IP are erased and if I get only in BT the IP I lost the connections of all computers so I use the MAC that is the always same.

There may be a bug in the  insider version...
But BoincTasks sends a general request for the IP of a certain Mac address, the firewall may block the request or the firewall isn't working with the insider version.
