Failed to create empty docment.

I used BoincTasks and TThrottle for a long time.
But few days I can't start BoincTasks.
An error message appeared "Failed to create empty document."
BoincManager is working.
I tried to reinstall, install older varsion, but can't solve

I used BoincTasks and TThrottle for a long time.

The log shows a normal startup, weird.

Did you try to start BoincTasks as administrator.
It may be it fails to access something it needs.

Otherwise as a last resort.

Goto C:\Users\Fred\AppData\Roaming\eFMer

and rename folder BoincTasks into BoincTasksBackup you may need to be administrator to do so.
In case you have a lot of remote computers and want to restore the computers.xml file.

Close down BoincTasks, make sure it's not running even after the error.

start regedit

and goto  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\eFMer\

and delete the folder BoincTasks

Now delete the folder
C:\Program Files\eFMer\BoincTasks

Install BoincTasks again.
