So, here's what's happening; I was using TThrottle in Windows 10 and it was woring like a charm, no issues at all. Then I changed my computer to a latest version of Windows 10 and now TThrottle and Boinc do not work together. In TThrottle it say it's connected to Boinc but it does not control any processes, it's like TThrottle think it's doing something when it's doing absolutely nothing.

I always configured my TThrottle to work time based, after 15 seconds of inactivity it started a process in Boinc, but now, after 15 seconds it behaves as it has started a process in Boinc but there's nothing happening.

Any thoughts on this?

In the Programs tab -> check Auto active.
BOINC tab -> check Connect with BOINC client.

Sorry Fred, didn't work. It was already set as you said to, but still nothing. In the "Preference" tab, in the "If computer is not used for" option I set it to 10 seconds and when it reaches 0 the program behaves as it's working when it isn't. I open BOINC and TThrotle at the same time and Boinc does not leave the "Suspended - computer is in use" status.

As I said, the problem started after I upgraded to the latest release of Windows 10, and I really can't see anything wrong with TThrotle.

Please give me answers to ALL the questions.
TThrottle:
In the Programs tab.
Remove the check at "Auto active" next check it again, to make sure the setting is ok
"Active" (grayed) should be checked.
TThrottle, the BOINC tab what does is show?

Now check the Logging and find the line:

Driver installed properly. Driver Version: 2.5 W7
Driver regulator: active (OK)

So, here it is:
In the Boinc Tab it shows:
Connected with Boinc client
And in the bottom part:
Connect with BOINC client is checked

The logging part is as follows:

Would an unistall and reinstall do any good? What registry entries should I look for in order to clean all traces of TThrotle and make a totally clean install again?

Everything is as it should be.

In the Preference tab remove the check at "If the computer is not used for"

Next question:
What do you see in the Programs tab.
It should show the running tasks.
