I tried upgrading to 7.10.2, I get missing coprocessors, I downloaded 382.33 and 397.93 from Nvidia, I've never used or tried to use a Microsoft version since I do know they can't crunch.
I got the same thing under 376.33, this is under Win 7 Pro x64, while running an Asus 970 Turbo, with BoincTasks 1.75, TThrottle 7.72, so I reverted back to 7.8.3, I did not do a clean install but chose to do an Express Install since that would keep My settings since I have analog speakers and while they have a cold solder joint that has never been fixed, they do work. and I don't have money for Digital speakers.

Under 7.8.3 I have no problems with any of the 3 drivers.

Note: Boinc has no problem running under 0.44 or 0.45, just BT 1.75.

Oh and I found out something, one needs to install everything in the driver, like the experience, when I did that BoincTasks would run gpu wu's on on BT 1.75, but only when Boinc 7.10.2's shell was running, when it wasn't BT 1.75 would not run any gpu wu's, just cpu wu's.

And verification when I post? This is stupid...

I already go another report.
Something changed in the way the BOINC client starts.
I'm looking into the problem, let's see what's going on.

Verification?? hmm, spamming is a problem.

For info, I have the same issue, under both BOINC 7.12 and 7.10.
Just updated BoincTasks to 1.75 couple of days ago (I'm slow); Since then, the local BOINC client has been reporting that cannot detect any GPUs on startup.

But if I start the local instance from BOINC Manager, the BOINC client _does_ find my GPUs - so it is not a Windows, BOINC or Nvidia driver issue (all are latest version, btw).

In addition, if I start the client with BOINC manager, then start BoincTasks, things run normally. But if I stop and restart the client within BoincTasks, the GPUs are again invisible to BOINC.

So I'm afraid this does look like an incompatibility in BoincTasks 1.75 ...

That's an issue for all BoincTasks versions 1.75 and below.
I pushed V 1.78 to release as 1.76 fixes this problem.

Brilliant! many thanks.
Installing 1.78 did indeed fix the issue.

Great, thanks for reporting. I forgot to change the release version.
