in the "Extra" menu at the end just below "Allow run GPU", there is a double separation line,
is it anything missing from the menu??

The latter, an old separation line, should be removed.

Changed: Projects: The time left per project, divide by the number of active cores, or the number of tasks (if less).

I have 3 active CPU cores and all my projects with available CPU tasks (now 14) still do display "... (3) / ..." in the "Time left" column. But just two of them got more than 2 tasks ...

I've had 2 Orbit@home tasks, which were got redundant and abandoned by the server. One of them (CSS_2010104_R3A_1.9-2.3_1283573303_3064_1) is listed in BT's History as "Reported: Aborted", another one (CSS_2010036_R3A_1.9-2.3_1283568308_23413_0) as "Aborted by project". Both of them have the same exit code -221 (0xffffffffffffff23).
Why the difference?

There was also a third abandoned task (CSS_2010164_R3A_1.9-2.3_1283579137_17304_0, after 30-hour stay on the computer), but is missing in the History. The abortion operation took some 20 seconds:

I understand that BT could not predict the connection to server (as it was a user-requested one), but IIRC you're pre-storing the tasks into History as soon as they are available... (or just as they are observed as running??)

-221 should give aborted by project.
But it is picked up in the state ABORTED and COMPUTATION ERROR. This abort is not handled by BOINC but by the application that reports a computation error with a specific exit code.
Probably BT missed the exit state.
And it's impossible to log all tasks, because it wastes a lot of time... and it wouldn't have detected the abandoned tasks anyway. BT only detects tasks from running to gone = missed or in uploading or in ready to report.

Keyboard Navigation:
PageUP/PageDN - only works if you press it twice (like mouse double click). Pressing it once is like a hit or miss kind of thing.
Arrow Keys - Nada. Not working at all.

When I have to do and the sluggish windows and cursor are hindering me, I'm setting "√ Snooze Gpu". Today, already for the second time, I'm noticing that already hours after snoozing my GPU (when the tasks should have been resumed after the usual one hour), the BOINC symbol on BT's tray icon is still red-blinking. BOINC Manager's tray icon context menu's "Snooze GPU" entry is not checked anymore, a GPU task already runs (also highlighted as such in BT), but BT's tray icon menu still and still says "√ Snooze Gpu". A double-click on the icon opens BT and the icon does not blink anymore.

When trying later - snoozing and resuming GPU tasks by BOINC Manager's tray icon context menu - BT gets the transitions correctly.

Be it the Win Explorer shell (Win7 x64), or BT itself - no idea. Maybe it happens just when the user (me) is inactive? I'll try to check sometimes after the next reboot.

(3) = number of active CPU cores so that's ok. Be a bit more specific on what is running.

OK.
Even if the "Tasks" column says "2 / 0", the "Time left" column still says "38d,06:46:48 (3) / -".
In another project's case, despite saying "Tasks" = "1 / 0", "Time left" says "04d,09:41:58 (3) / -".
I'd expect to see (2) or (1) in these cases, because these are single-threaded tasks and can not be crunched by 3 free cores.

As in "The time left per project, divide by the number of active cores, or the number of tasks (if less)" the total remaining was really correctly divided in all cases, but the higher numbers (in parentheses behind) are a bit misleading now.

And how often was it before (well, now)? It usually takes just few seconds (I'd say exactly one Tasks tab update interval?) to notice the correct snooze state - I'd say absolutely often enough, isn't it? My problem case was about delays in hours.

Multiple  BT icons in windows status line.  When I click on one they all disappear except the one I clicked on.  Not a major problem just strange and confusing as to which one is the real one.  This usually happens when the computer has been unattended for several hours.

I am running on XP3.
