Filter parameters

It would be helpful to have separate filter options for Ready to start-CPU and Ready to start-GPU, based on plan class.  I often want to expand the population of one type without looking at the others.

Prioritize however you see fit ;)

An option to temporarily remove the filter for a specific plan class may be simpler.
