Why doesn't it work?
I don't know how the CAL files will be marked. For now CUDA is marked as cuda, like _6.08_cuda...exe.
So simply add the id to the BOINC tab (2e tab) / add GPU. At the moment this holds only cuda but adding another one is no problem.
Be sure this ID is unique otherwise you get into problems.
This should work without any changes.
