Opening TThrottle controls

I recently installed TThrottle on my computer (Windows 7, AMD Dual-Core processor), with too high a temperature setting, but now can not find a way to get to the preference tabs to change the setting.  A left-click on the task-bar icon informs me that I can't run two TThrottle programs at once, and a right-click only allows me to unpin the icon from the task bar.  How do I get to the user interface?
