temperature rules glitch

When I make a rule when Fahrenheit is set I would expect to be able to use Fahrenheit temperatures for the rules and when I change the temperature back to Celsius the temperatures in the rules should change to Celsius temperatures.
Instead it always uses Celsius temperature.

The CPU and GPU use Celsius, so it's better using Celsius.
