I send you the corrected file.

The file "login_failed.html" needs to be modified.  In the folder webserver.
Just after <head> insert the line:
   <meta charset="utf-8">

That will fix the login error.
The other problems are noted.

received files and corrected I'll send you the 1st screen on the 1st time of access but after a logout the screen was OK.
